100 Years of E-Mobility
To celebrate 100 years of E-Mobility we created a mapping show on a historic factory buildings, one of the first to produce electric cars in the early 1900s. The Tower was built by legendary Architect Peter Behrens. We visualised his creative process and hinted to other famous buildings he created.
Brandenburg Gate
After Projecting on Brandenburg Gate in 2016, the following year we created an audiovisual show that brought together famous street art concepts and Berlins very special spirit, a city in which all kinds of people create a vivid and colourful creative society.
about us
RESORB is working on interactive projection projects on a global scale, eg:
- The Opening Ceremony of the Cebit and of the Messe Hannover – the worlds biggest industrial fair
- beautiful 3D Mappings on most of Berlin´s historic monuments – see out our works at Brandenburg Gate, Siegessäule or the Concerthouse area at Gendarmenmarkt
- Western Europe biggest outdoor 3D Mapping with 48 synchronized projectors at Mall of Berlin
- the Torre Latinoamericano sksyscraper mappings in Mexico City in 2016, 2017 and 2018
- 3D 360° 3D Mapping in AgeHa – Japans biggest Club in Tokyo
- and inspiring works at many big Music & Art Festivals – Fusion, Boom, Ozora, Glastonbury, Freqs of Nature – just to name a few of them.
Our passion is to transform areas, sculptures, paintings, grafftis, objects, whole interiors into living artworks, magic spaces which lead to unforgettable experiences. These are often interactive – and if possible always as immersive as technically possible.
Thus we are always developing and implementing new technologies, in the last years we thus specialized on hyper-complex 360° 3D Projection Mappings using 3D scanners and Ai reconstruction software, 360° 3D VR experiences, Multitouch-CMS Systems for next generation interactive Terminals – and interactive AI-based projection technologies, allowing us to precisely project on objects in movement, for example cars or the faces or bodies of artists or robot-controlled sculptures.
Showreel
Gendarmenmarkt
During the international lightart festival “Berlin leuchtet 2014” we illuminated one of the most known historical place in the inner city of Berlin. The Berlin “Gendarmenmarkt” is the historical heart of the new “Berlin Mitte” It was a hard task due to the due to the strong scattered light conditions onsite, but still we managed to present a spectacular show that had worldwide reach because of the vast coverage thru press and social media channels
Neues Kranzler Eck
During the international lightart festival “Berlin leuchtet 2014” we illuminated the ceiling of the “Neues Kranzler Eck” which is on of the most outstanding Business centers in the city quarter “City West” around the “Bahnhof Zoo” It houses several exclusive Brand shops and premium sports and wellness areas. Our projections over the whole length of the rain cover ceiling entertained thousands of visitors during the 3 week period it was running.

Hannover Messe
Denkfabrik
we created a mapping show with surround sound for the LaNotte Festival in Magdeburg on the “Denkfabrik” Facade.

MS Stubnitz
John lived for a week on the MS Stubnitz, creating musical animations for the elbjazz Festival in Hamburg.
Magic Castle Outdoor
For a Psybox Party event, we illuminated the Facade of the Magic Castle in Austria.
Sculpture
We found this sculpture by artist Monarch.Ohne (facebook.com/monarch.ohne) at Urban Spree Gallery in Berlin and tested some stuff.
Tape Art
We stumbled upon this Tape Art Sculpture by Berlin-based Artists Tape Over (tapeover.net) on this Festival in Poland: Plötzlich am Meer (ploetzlich.net/) and decided to make something with it. I created the Animation on one Afternoon on site, using Cinema 4D
Low Bros Remix
We created animation on a Street art Mural by Low Bros at Urban Spree Gallery in Berlin, rebuilding and remixing the painting.
